On September 24, one of the largest business events took place in Kyiv – Ukrainian Business Forum 2019. The peculiarity of the Forum is that both the conference and the exhibition, discussions and speeches are held in two halls in parallel, and more than 20 speakers from Ukraine and Europe. Among speakers there was Yaroslav Romanchuk, EUCON Legal Group expert, attorney-at-law, managing partner.
So, Yaroslav Romanchuk became a moderator of the discussion on “Global Tax Trends and Ukraine”. The expert together with his colleagues discussed the main features of tax reform, capital tax, risks for international business after the introduction of a new tax. Participants of the discussion also did not ignore the topic of Ukraine’s implementation of the BEPS plan. Namely, issues of aspects of the process of implementation and introduction of the deducted capital tax, as well as tax structuring after the implementation of BEPS in practice, were discussed.
The Ukrainian Business Forum is held annually in the autumn and brings together entrepreneurs from different directions and from different countries, discussing the development of business processes, finance, taxes and investing.
Thus, participants include representatives of the legal business, consulting and auditing companies, banks, management and finance experts from Ukraine, Cyprus, Malta, Switzerland, Luxembourg and other countries.
