Attorneys-at-law of EUCON Legal Group have defended the interests of OPOS-TORG LLC, one of the leading international meat suppliers in Ukraine, in the bodies of the State Tax Service of Ukraine.
OPOS-TORG LLC was wrongly included in the list of risky taxpayers, as a result of which the activity of the company was blocked. The total amount of transactions during the blocking period is about 30 000 000 UAH.
EUCON Legal Group attorneys have prepared and submitted to the STS of Ukraine relevant statements and documents confirming transactions with counterparties. As a result of prompt action and the professional approach of attorneys within two weeks, the company was excluded from the list of risky and its activity was resumed without litigation. It is necessary to pay tribute to the STS commission, which listened to the arguments of attorneys and independently canceled the illegal decision.
