Innovation and what? The features of business assistance in the crisis were discussed by the participants of the LAW to LAW conference

LAW to LAW online conference took place on April 22, which brought together representatives of legal consulting from Eastern European countries – Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Lithuania, Latvia, and Poland. The head of the office EUCON Legal Group in Warsaw Andrii Romanchuk became the speaker of the third block of the event.

Product policy, optimization of internal processes of companies, new marketing mechanisms for the promotion of legal services – this is not the whole range of issues under discussion. Specialists of marketing departments and consultants of law firms, leading lawyers also discussed changes in demand for legal services, the emergence of new legal products, search for alternative marketing strategies and tools, personnel changes, issues of communication with clients and hunting of new clients in today’s conditions and predictions for the near future.

Andrii Romanchuk within the framework of block 3 «New forms and channels of promotion and sales in 2020: what is new, how priorities have changed, what long-term conclusions have been made» shared with colleagues his own experience of organizing the work process of the Ukrainian law firm in Poland, priority areas of work, emphasis on communication and dissemination of information on social networks, budget planning of the company’s marketing department. Also, the experts discussed changes in the strategy of maintaining companies’ pages on social networks, issues of free training and advising of existing clients, creation of new information products, and alternative ways of online communication with the client.
