Partner, Head of Criminal Law and Litigation of the International Legal Center EUCON Yevgen Petrenko, took part in the seminar «Searches and seizures of documents at the enterprise: how to save your business?» held on March 22, 2017 and organized by «МАRМАЕR GROUP».
At the invitation of the organizers of the event, Yevgen Petrenko took part in the seminar and shared his experience about protecting officials and civil servants during investigations of economic crimes and malfeasance.
Yevgen described in detail the algorithm of personnel actions during the enterprise search, told how to act and where to apply after the search. He also informed about the specifics of giving explanations and conducting interrogations for the company employees.
“Elaborate algorithm of actions of the enterprise personnel and its officials in response to the actions of the inspection authority, together with the timely involvement of a lawyer during and after the search, will help to minimize risks and protect your business” – said Yevgen Petrenko.
