An agreement concerning representation of interests of associated company “ Zepter International Ukraine ” in the case “ on the recognition of authorship in vacuum system and recovery of damages ” by the claim of an individual Lyschyshyn O . to above-mentioned company was terminated by o ur lawyer Mar ia Lipin a . The baseless claim of Lyschyshyn O . as the owner of patent for an invention of “Method of preservation of agricultural products” for the recovery of damages from “ Zepter International Ukraine ” in the amount of USD 1 035 286,00 was being proved during the judicial proceedings.
Supreme Court of Ukraine upheld the legal decision of Truskavets Urban District Court in Lviv region from 24 / 10 / 2008 and decree of the Court of Appeal in Lviv region from 15 / 03 / 2009 concerning dismission of a claim to the associated company “ Zepter International Ukraine ”.
