Exports through Poland attract attention of the Government of Ukraine

On July 22, 2016 a regular meeting of the Export Promotion Council at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine devoted to economic cooperation with Poland took place at the Club of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and was headed by Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Natalia Mykolska.

As part of the meeting, managing partner of the International Legal Center EUCON, president of the Association of Ukrainian business in Poland Yaroslav Romanchuk, spoke about successful experience of Ukrainian producers of goods and services in the EU markets by means of establishment of their companies/trading houses in Poland.

Prospects of exports in various industries, such as furniture industry, IT, light and food industry, energy, transport and logistics, were on the top of the agenda.

Special attention was devoted to the government’s decision to create the Export Promotion Office aimed at providing assistance in achieving the goals and objectives of the Government in the field of development of foreign trade and investment.
